“I normally love this place but they are losing me as a contractor soon. I’m understanding when I company needs to make some upgrades but as a foundation repair specialist I rely on this company for products to be delivered. In order to complete projects on my schedule. Being in able to order materials is absolutely killing me right now and setting me behind and upsetting home owners. I’m so far behind due to the entire shipping department being down for several weeks which is not good business. You should still have some way of allowing for deliveries while making your upgrades. I’m a big shopper here but this will soon end. I’m giving a 2 star due to the first year of use with this company being very good but this is now truly hurting my business and I will be forced to go somewhere else for all my needs to stay on track.Updating this due to a very fast response and fix to my issues and getting us back up and ordering!
