“If you are reading this that means you’re looking to buy a car. I do not enjoy shopping for a new car and really hate the process but this Buick dealership made it easy.We came here since our daughter drives a Buick and she hasn’t had any problems. My wife and I visited once about a month ago and met Adrian Sanders. We asked some questions and he answered them but we were not ready to buy and gave us his card. Fast forward to this weekend and we visited this dealership after spending some time at another one earlier. We showed up about 4:00 on a Saturday and asked for Adrian. This time we wanted to look at a couple of Encore GX’s and he easily answered our questions and we went for a test drive. During the test drive my wife had some questions and Adrian answered them with ease. This guy knows what he’s talking about and made this experience very enjoyable. Long story short, we bought the car and at no time did we feel pressured. We felt bad since we kept them after closing time but they did not care at all. If you are looking for a GMC or Buick then you need to visit this Dave Cross dealership and ask for Adrian.”

“I had the best experience ever with a mechanic at George’s Imports! Jr. worked on my 1998 Saab 900, and it was clear right away that he really knows his stuff. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and he kept me updated through the entire process. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price. The quality of service was outstanding and very fair. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their work and their customers the way Jr. does. I’ll never take my car anywhere else! “I never handle any of the car maintenance were repairs- my husband always does. We unexpectedly needed a battery replaced in one of our cars but my husband was tied up and not able to take the car. He called up there and they said that they would be happy to help. Upon arriving at the store, I spoke with Davin. He was very helpful and explained the different options in batteries. I purchased one and he immediately installed it. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He went above and beyond to help us out. Kudos to Davin For a job well done!”

“Extremely impressed with their quality of work and the speed at which they did the work. I dropped my car off at 8 am on a Tuesday, thinking it would take 2 days. It took one day for them to R&R the rear bumper and to paint it. The color match is perfect. They didn't blend into the quarter panels. They just did a panel paint of the rear bumper. The clear coat has less orange peel than the factory paint. If you need body work done, this is the place!”

When I got the car back I was so pleased with my "New" car appearance i have shown it to my whole family! I can't recommend Manny and the job he did enough! Also, there seems to be a ton of others who want their cars done right that trust Manny with their cars and trucks! Caliber wanted $2500+ for the same job. Manny did it for a fraction of that!”

“I'm definitely giving them 5 stars they were very nice and knew exactly what the issue was with my hubby's trust the old alternator killed the new battery and we got a new alternator but the damage was done I never thought a bad alternator could kill a new battery anyway they were so nice to help him and give him a replacement battery and the guy George was really nice so was the other employees I told my hubby from now on we will come to this store from now on they are smart and they don't give you the run around saying I don't know or saying things that's not helpful I recommend anyone coming here they rock ????????”

Bob did not try to up sale me on anything talked to me like I knew what I was talking about even though I was a female and offered to help me switch out my battery before I could even ask since I am on a weight restriction due to work. I will continue to use this location just so I can have Bob as the person that helps me. I was in and out with in 15 mins including changing out my battery on my truck. I’m a military spouse and he helped me get the best deal. For any of my truck needs I will be visiting again this location because of Bob. You have a good worker there Bob will go above and beyond for anyone!”
