“I was entirely blown away by the level of dedicated service and support we've received from the Max Motors team - specifically, John and Tom. John and some other folks had been working with my husband for the last few weeks, on finding a suitable solution for our predicament. Communication was always consistent and on-point. We went in today, and met with Tom. He went above and beyond today, showing different options in our price range on the lot and coordinating for other vehicles to be brought in from other locations. He was up front and transparent about pricing and the process, and was able to create a great packaged deal for us to trade in two vehicles. He walked us through each step of the process, explaining everything in perfect detail. His transparency and willingness to run multiple options for payments really meant a lot to us -- as this experience we had today was FAR different from a terrible experience we had last year with a different company. “I would like to thank Truck Works South for their superior efforts in finally getting the MX-4 tonneau cover from BAKFlip installed on my truck. The first one they installed had manufacturing defects. They noticed them as it was installed and explained they would order the repair parts and get it fixed. After replacing one part the cover still didn’t work correctly. It took some effort but after several communications with BAKFlip, they were able to procure a replacement top and get it installed. It took about 4 months but throughout the ordeal they have been in constant communication with me. I never once doubted their efforts to make it correct. They also installed a Line-X spray in bed liner. That went perfect. I highly recommend Truck Works South for anything you may want for your truck. Thanks again.”

“I recently started searching for a vehicle to have for the winter. I set my eyes on the GR86 which are few and far between. I searched around different dealers and set my eyes on a white GR86 located at Adam’s Toyota of Lees Summit. I called and Lucas Barker answered where we started going back and forth on details surrounding the car. Understanding the car was not in the states yet as it is made in Japan. He provided prompt and informative updates throughout the way to keep me in loop. I live about an hour and 20 mins from Lees Summit. He was very patient and understanding of this. He was amazing in handling everything prior to my arrival, from getting car checked in to having a coating installed, and just making sure everything was ready to go. When we arrived, the car was ready in the bay to look over. I could not be more happy with attention to detail he showed and the patience with me being out of town. “I had them paint a new bumper off the car and they paint matched pretty well. It's as close to an imperceptible paint match as its going to get unless I somehow am able to get it painted at the Toyota factory. The laying of the paint and clear coat is identical to the factory painted body panels so light shines and reflects the same way throughout the entire car. They were able to squeeze me in with their very busy schedule and the agent I was working with was friendly and professional. The bumper was painted in 2 days, which is pretty quick considering how busy they are. The price is high, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend. I hope I never have to use them again, but if something unexpected happens, I'll pay these guys a visit.Services: Painting”
