“I like the small town feel and dont mind paying extra for it. Drive to Lees Summit to save 6 bucks dummy. I like the people in this store….Scotts a hoot and tormenting Harley is pure fun.
We dont need a bigger store, you people complaining need to move away. What happened to our small town ? Id give this place 10 stars if possible. City Idiots are the problem.”

“A super grocery store. They have everything-- lots of wonderful fresh fruits, vegetables and meats. It's like a place you go to visit when you're on a vacation because there's so much to see. And then you have lunch in their indoor food court.”

“Kenny Landry the Meat Manager was so helpful , I really appreciate him answering all my questions about what meat was tender, what kind I put in the Crock-Pot versus the oven, great customer service!!!!”

“This is our go-to grocery store. Great location. It is decently clean inside. Staff is friendly. Produce and meat are decent. We have never had a problem with any of the food we have bought here. They carry most everything you may need, except I have noticed the dairy and gluten free sections leave something to be desired. I mostly purchase the dairy free stuff. I just wish there was more selection. Many of the brands they carry are common ones, but aren't great dairy alternatives imho. And as of this year dairy free ice cream is now not sold here at ALL :(

Close parking can be a little hard to find sometimes, but that is probably bc there really are a lot of businesses in that strip.”

“This Walmart pharmacy is great. I've never had any issue over how long it took to get a medication or the help I received. I'd totally avoided Walmart pharmacies for a couple of decades bc of how bad the service was in the ones I lived near. This one is my go to and preference now.”

“They are always so helpful, take the time to speak with me or call me with questions. I really appreciate their time and customer service. Very happy to be using them.”

“Had something specific in mind for my son’s funeral and looked at Hyvee late in the day and clerk gave me the florist’s card and suggested I call or speak to her. When I went back the next day, the florist was making exactly what I wanted. When we got to the funeral home, I was astounded at how beautiful it was. Highly recommend Tamme Williams at Ward Road Hyvee in Lee’s Summit.”

“We recently moved to the area, and have been looking around for a grocery store that we like. So far we have found three! I really like Hy-Vee for produce, frozen food and especially their meat department. I don't think I will buy meat anywhere else. The folks working the butcher counter are incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful.I love that. There's also a liquor store attached to this grocery store. They have a very nice deli as well.We were able to buy some Chiefs items and Royals hats in the fan store inside. That was pretty cool.I think my favorite feature about this store is that they are all employee owned. That's awesome!”

“I've been here about a dozen times in the past couple of years and I've had really good experiences. Kat takes care of me quickly, is super nice, and even thinks of things I didn't think to ask. I appreciate it. I love that everything is so much more automated now, and I'd recommend using those services. They'll request meds from the doc for you, fill them, and text you when they're ready. It beats showing up and having to wait a long time.”

“I have been able to reach the pharmacy via text phone twice now?. They have been courteous when talk with them. Today a staff helped me resolve an issue with my medication. Things are looking up!”

“Not sure about the few negative reviews on here, ive had nothing but positive experiences since switching my prescriptions over from CVS. When there is a line, they get through the customers quickly, opening up three windows if needed. I dont bother going there for my vaccinations, thats what my Dr's office is for.”

“All of the negative reviews are honestly ridiculous, all just selfish people, only care about me me me, zero empathy or compassion for anyone but themselves. You people have no clue what's happening behind the scenes, nor how to run it, and yet normal people are getting blamed and berated for it. Somehow people still don't understand the Walgreens system is terrible and doesn't work for the employees too. The store is fine, it has its moments and occasional issues just like every other store. To the nasty, selfish people who wrote those, do better, it's not always about you.”

“I switched from price chopper to Walgreens a year ago and I do not have a single complaint. If my insurance doesn't pay for a medication, they apply their own coupons that are typically lower then goodrx. The app is simple and convenient, from filling prescriptions to scheduling vaccinations. Staff is also top notch and very professional.”

“Love the Chinese at Hyvee and highly recommend it. However, there seems to be confusion among the workers as to how the #1/#2 works. #1 is one entree. #2 is two entrees. Does a #1 mean 1 type of entree (eg Orange Chicken) or does it mean only 1 cubby gets filled with Orange chicken? Some workers only fill one cubby if you get a #1. Some workers fill both cubbies if you get a #1 and get only 1 entree type, eg sesame chicken for both. I've been told that a #1 means only one type of entree, and logically I can see how employees get confused and think it means only 1 cubby gets filled.”

“I love this walgreens. Checking out in pharmacy went fast and everyone was really nice. Front of employees helped me find everything i needed. I really think with everything going on with covid it is really important to have understanding that customer service wont meet everyone's exacting standards. I understand that and go the flow. Seeing how my fellow customers were treating the cashiers they should maybe attending preschool rather than picking up their stuff. SMH”

“I don't use any other pharmacy, I love this place! I go monthly for scripts and they are so nice and helpful. The pharmacists Niki, Eric and Tanya are super helpful and always eager to answer any questions. Roxana, Melanie, Rachel, Sue and Donna and the other technicians are always very helpful and quick to get the scripts ready for in store pick up and to answer any questions or concerns I have with prices and insurance coverage. I wouldn't go anywhere else!”

“Staff at the store are extremely friendly and make you feel like a valued customer. This is one of the only locations in Lee’s Summit I will go to. Photo service is also exceptional and they are ready way before the time scheduled. Thanks for the great customer service!!”

“Haven't shopped much at Walgreens I'm almost a year due to the poor customer service at the ones near meWhat a fresh breath of air when after visiting my granddaughter I stopped to today to get a few items All the employees were cheerful & went above & beyond to ensure I received all my points & RR's & didn't frown when I used coupons Although not as convenient to me mileage wise I will only be shopping here from now onPlease share with your employees as they truly need to be recognized for their dedication & hard work”

“Cashiers are very friendly. The lady cashier doesn't understand 7 off 35.00 come off first. She made me enter my phone # first,so digital coupons came off 1st.?”

“I actually love how the pharmacy crew always welcome me with a smile. I think Pharmacist Christa and Pharmacy Tech crew Rebecca and Autumn are hard workers. I think what need to improve is showing them all appreciation and not over working them. They are human and deserve a break and not being over worked. But even on busy days they still smile and fill my medications as requested. I will say they are all awesome and they are doing amazing job with all responsibilities they carry day by day.”
