“I’ve only used them for about 6 months but so far I’m very happy. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are open 7 days a week with reasonable hours. They have a great number of staff on hand every time I have come to pick up a prescription. When I submit a refill, the prescription is ready no later than the next day. If they are out of my pills, they have gotten my prescription refilled within 2 days.I previously used another pharmacy for years but post covid their hours changed drastically like closing at 7pm during the week and never open on Saturdays. I had to find another pharmacy.”

“I've used this business several times for my Grandmother's medicated cream for pain. They have always called to let me know when it was ready for pickup and have been helpful shipping her prescription when asked- though this service does take longer than picking up. If we have dropped by right after an appointment the wait for the prescription has never been very long. When we had another prescription sent there (which we weren't sure if we would take) the two employees were very helpful in explaining before filling that it was not covered by her insurance and that it would cost X dollars, and what options we could try to get it cheaper if we wanted to fill it.”
“Love the Chinese at Hyvee and highly recommend it. However, there seems to be confusion among the workers as to how the #1/#2 works. #1 is one entree. #2 is two entrees. Does a #1 mean 1 type of entree (eg Orange Chicken) or does it mean only 1 cubby gets filled with Orange chicken? Some workers only fill one cubby if you get a #1. Some workers fill both cubbies if you get a #1 and get only 1 entree type, eg sesame chicken for both. I've been told that a #1 means only one type of entree, and logically I can see how employees get confused and think it means only 1 cubby gets filled.”

I appreciate it. I love that everything is so much more automated now, and I'd recommend using those services. They'll request meds from the doc for you, fill them, and text you when they're ready. It beats showing up and having to wait a long time.”

“This CVS is good. Reading all the negative reviews, I understand the frustration, but I see the staff trying. The store manager is doing the best he can and I see people yelling at him about the pharmacy when he has no control over what is happening there. It is out of his hands and he gets all the heat for it. I know this because I used to work for CVS. No one wants to work, they are understaffed and the employees there are trying to do their jobs, but they keep getting screamed at. Take a step back and try to understand that they are trying to work the best they can with what is happening in the world today. Try to have a little patience and understanding and I'm sure it'll get better.”

You people have no clue what's happening behind the scenes, nor how to run it, and yet normal people are getting blamed and berated for it. Somehow people still don't understand the Walgreens system is terrible and doesn't work for the employees too. The store is fine, it has its moments and occasional issues just like every other store. “They are super busy in the pharmacy. They have orders stacked up everywhere. It's kinda crazy how many pills they peddle. But they were very kind and helpful to me.The pharmacy tech asked me how she could help me. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for several months. My insurance company keeps denying the medicine my doctor wants to put me on. I found a coupon online from the manufacturer And thought I would try it here. I have tried it at other locations and it's not worked.The pharmacy tech got together with the pharmacist. They were both very helpful. They did some finagling and were able to get my insurance company to pay for some of the prescription and the coupon to pay for some of it. This meant that I still had a pretty high co-pay but I also saved $1000 on the retail price of the prescription. I am quite pleased!This is a Pharmacy that will go to bat for you. That's hard to find these days. Bravo, 3rd Street CVS.”

The customer service here is good, though they could improve on how quickly they answer phone calls. Also they could improve on how often they check the mailbox for incoming prescriptions.
