“I would like to thank Truck Works South for their superior efforts in finally getting the MX-4 tonneau cover from BAKFlip installed on my truck. The first one they installed had manufacturing defects. They noticed them as it was installed and explained they would order the repair parts and get it fixed. After replacing one part the cover still didn’t work correctly. It took some effort but after several communications with BAKFlip, they were able to procure a replacement top and get it installed. It took about 4 months but throughout the ordeal they have been in constant communication with me. I never once doubted their efforts to make it correct. They also installed a Line-X spray in bed liner. That went perfect. I highly recommend Truck Works South for anything you may want for your truck. Thanks again.”

“Needed my truck repaired after a small collision and chose Mccarthy to do the work. I was told it would take about 2 1/2 weeks due to OEM parts availability as a result of the GM strike. Well, exactly 2 1/2 weeks later , my truck was done!! They did a very good job restoring my truck to it's original condition. However, as I was driving home, I noticed some stains on my seat, that I know were not there prior to dropping off my truck. I went back to the dealership and contacted Caleb, the service rep. He immediately took my truck to the detail department and had the seat cleaned. The next day, I noticed that the stains were still there and went back to the dealership. The service manager was present and took my truck back to detail to have the seat cleaned again. The stains never came out. Contacted Caleb again and was told they would order a new seat cover. Waiting to hear back from them. I will try and update this review once the seat cover has been replaced. Mccarthy would have gotten 5 stars if the bodyshop would have been a little more careful while doing the work.”

JC did some last minute touches I preferred to have done. He did it right away, and was super accommodating. The scheduling staff was really transparent and the process pretty easy to navigate.”
“Helpful people with good stuff they make hydraulic hoses they have a good selection of tools they can order you any anything and everything you want they’re really quite a neat place and you can tell that it’s still a locally owned kind of place I love their little display cabinet of cars everything you got expect out of a NAPA and more definitely a place to be found if you’re looking for auto parts and knowledgeable staff which is hard to find nowadays.”

“I must say I’m impressed with the work max collision has performed on my vehicle. I will say it did take a little longer than expected but that was because they had to wait for parts to come in, so it wasn’t their fault at all. They completed the repairs faster than other shops told me it would take. My car looks better than it did when I bought it brand new. “I had a bad tire on my car. I am handicapped so I got help to put on the spare. I ordered the tires.very happy with the new tires and service. They would have gotten 5 ⭐ if they would have gone the little extra needed to put the spare tire back where it belongs and not just place it in the cargo area.”

“Well, after reading the other reviews I figured I should share my positive experience. Perhaps they are working at becoming better, because we came back to McCarthy to purchase after driving all over the Kansas City metro area. TJ was kind, and when we experienced a problem similar to what another man mentioned with mechanical issues on day 1 of ownership, with a little insistence on my part (you do have to ask for people to make things right sometimes) they fixed every issue that had risen in a week's time. I think the service department is great (Chris in particular is just about the friendliest guy you'll ever meet) and I feel like my car is finally in good shape. Honestly, they just don't make them like they used to and cars seem to crap out rather quickly these days. We did say no to all the warranties. That's the biggest racket I ever did see. It's like dealerships are banking on the car not making it off the lot. Hogwash I tell ya! But give them a try, I think they're trying to turn things around.”

“Nice and knowledgeable folks who are quick to help me find what I need. Good selection of products though prices in a few things can be a bit higher than ordering somewhere online like amazon or Walmart but it's a small town so it's nice to have something quickly accessible even if it's a bit more. Kudos to the two employees who helped me with a fuse with my mower, suggesting I get a slightly higher amp fuse after seeing the one I had had fried pretty badly. It was a good idea that hadn't come to my mind. Worked just fine ?”
