“Looking for a suv car for my wife we were helped at U.S. motors over three visits by aiham . He was very patient as we looked at several models and left to look at Hondas, Volkswagens, Subarus and Mazdas. We had a second test drive and looked at the color and model that was becoming our first choice and then we left again to think it over. He was patient and generous with his time throughout and not at all pressuring, like old-time car salesmen would have done. We reached our decision to buy the car at us motors When we made the deal, he sat with us in the car and explained all the electronic stuff as well as the rest of the controls. Overall, it was the most pleasurable car search and purchase in my entire (fairly long) life. And I have a very indecisive spouse who can drive a very patient person up a tree, so 5 stars to us motors We intend to continue our relationship with us motors for the long run. Very good cars, great staff!”

“I had to take my car to the shop so I used my Costco benefits to find a rental car near where I lived and the cheapest I found was budget. About an hour after I rented it online I received a phone call from a the rental location, Jennifer who asked me to bring my Costco membership card in with me and she also stated that because of the lack of vehicles at rental companies that I could get anything from an economy (which I reserved) to an SUV for the same price it was basically going to be a crapshoot. I went into the location on time and Jennifer add a Tesla model 3 waiting for me. Jennifer answered all my questions. I basically got a high-performance car for an economy price and couldn’t of been happier.”

My only negative comment is how long the line to the desk took when we arrived in the middle of the night and had already done our pre-check in, but besides that the experience was smooth. Huge shoutout to Melissa S. for being amazing and taking such great care of us. She was professional, kind, funny, and efficient. The Chrysler Pacifica van that we had was very nice and in great condition.”

“I almost completely avoided this location because of the reviews. I reserved a car using the TMobile Tuesday app because of the discounts. I 100% expected them to not have the car I reserved when I got there. Instead, I got a way better rental than I anticipated and it was super simple. I have had experiences in the past in which I reserved a car and they didn't have it when I got there, but not this time. This was a great experience and I'd reserve from this location again.”

“Was able to get into rental car with minimal time and was placed in a brand new Ford escape. Still had writing on the windows front and side. Could have been cleaned off for visibility but was a great car. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Received emailed receipt promptly and everything was in order. Great little place in MCI to get a rental. Had to take a shuttle bus to the rental place and then back to the airport but was only 5-7 minutes ride.”

“I am a 1st time renter and I had low expectations for the economy car I rented because of how affordable it was and due to the previous bad reviews. The car exceeded my expectations. Everything about the car was amazing; clean, had car play, new, etc. The car was ready for pick up on time, and it was easy to leave with it. The staff wasn't outstanding, but I was serviced and got what I needed, so that's all that matters. I would rent again from Dollar!I wish there was better signs or directions provided before picking up the rental or at the rental site. Finding parking & where to enter was difficult. Dollar had their own station but was closed and someone told me that Dollar service is located at Hertz service desk.”
