Courteous, kind, and talk to you the before they did oil change. They even tell you the best way to take care of your vehicle and what to tell them the next time that you go to your shop. “Pretty good service, was disappointed they didn't complete the reinstallation of the door panel. Probably because my husband had originally dismantled it. I think good customer service would have at least called to give a heads up, especially since this wasn't a rush job. Otherwise repair was timely and done well.”

“Was ok until my car was ready and no one was around to check us out. People had went to lunch on man was gone somewhere. Another customer found a employee on the floor he asked her if there was someone that could help us. She went to try and find him because she did not have a key. The person finally come back. I think we waited 10 to 15 minutes for him to come back.I do want to say that Debbie before she went to lunch was doing a great job. I see why she has been at Walmart for 35 years.”
“This location has been my favorite oil change place for years, and I'm happy to say with the change of ownership it has only improved. Andrew is extremely professional and he brings out similar attitude in his crew. Yesterday was my first time experiencing their new procedure which involves an expanded safety and fluids check. My first thought as this was happening was that I should've asked how pricing has changed before we got started, and I braced myself for upsell recommendations. What happened next? The total price was 30% cheaper than I've been paying their for years for oil changes, and zero awkward upsell!!! Just professionalism and good service.
These guys have been helping keep my 22-year-old Buick with 206,000 miles running like new! They even handled a tricky oil change on my funky Japanese domestic market vehicle which has no English instructions. I expect this will continue to be my favorite oil change place for years to come!
