Service was to commence two days ago. Still don’t have our mail. Received an email from post office three days before showing mail would be delivered by carrier. Carrier is late on a good day and never gets out of his vehicle for any delivery. Sad

For 20 years I’ve had a great experience at the Parkville Post Office. Always open, friendly staff, convenient location. My mail arrives on time. I have changed addresses several times with no problem. I find if you go into this location with a respectful, grateful attitude, they are quick to return the favor :)

Would never usually leave a positive review at a USPS office. However, at this branch Sheryl provides the best customer service I have ever seen with USPS! I usually prefer to go to this branch just because of the great customer service.
