“Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but I was flying home from Kansas City on MLK Day and wanted to mail myself my toiletries that I didn’t want to fly home with because I didn’t feel like checking my bag at the airport. I walked in and was helped within 1 minute, gave the shipping address and my information, and was in and out in less than 10 minutes, probably closer to 5 minutes! It being so close to the airport was a welcome bonus!”

The staff member went over and above to make the process great and less expensive for me. The storefront is very clean and I will definitely make this my preferred location when doing business with Fed-Ex in the future.”

Give them a few minutes to work the line and a genuine smile, and you might make a grumpy person's day. We all have bad days, and the customers can either make it worse or make it so much better. “For some reason the same post office in Waldron is listed twice on Google Maps. It is the Waldron post office just off of 45 highway. See my other review for more information. If you're too lazy to go look for it here's the skinny. It has limited hours but it is very small fast and friendly. Almost never a line here.”

“Nice people, fast loading, had to blind side back a 53' trailer into the dock. Parking spaces are opposite the docks for cars that were in the way. Once in the dock the nose of your semi will block the drive.”

“I am writing this review to appreciate the help I got from the driver who delivered Gorilla playset for my kids in KCMO. It was a huge set packed in 3 huge boxes. The delivery was for driveway only but the driver who's name is Jared helped me to put this huge thing in my backyard.Jared was so nice that I offered him for payment at the end , but he refused to accept it. I think it's rare to find such people now a days. Such employees are an asset for whosoever they work for.”

“After talking about it for months I finally made it in and asked myself why the heck did I wait so long. Small quaint place with a great vibe. Love little local diners like this. Food didn't disappoint and Kelly the owner took the time to go over the menu with us first timers and check in on us personally after our food arrived. I had the tenderloin sandwich and fries special which was very good. Looking forward to trying other things on the menu especially the K-32 burger. Owner also explained some of the specials that aren't on the regular menu so look forward to stopping in and trying some of those too! My co-workers all were excited I showed them this Edwardsville treasure and are looking forward to visiting again soon.”

“I don't go to the post office very often but had a great experience at this particular branch. The line was very short and the man working the desk was very kind. And as far as the mailing service to my home - that's always been great too! I never have any issues with my mail being delivered. When a larger item is delivered, they always put it right by my door. And whenever I have something to be sent out, it's always promptly picked up as well.I read some reviews where people were disappointed that some days their mail was delivered later in the day. I don't see any problem with that. I'm sure certain days are busier than others or maybe the delivery person has variations in their schedule. See no problem with that at all & very happy with the service. Thanks!”
