“Was a good experience for flatbed unload! Hauled steel tube in here…. They start at 7:30am I overnight parked on the west side of building in between the dock doors where some container chassis were dropped! At about 8am as I was getting ready in my truck an employee who unloaded me came to my truck and got me and explained where to go to unload! He was a great guy and even helped pull bungees and fold tarps! After that I was unloaded in no time! This is what other receivers need to take notes!”

“Great place to rent a moving truck in Midtown. I needed to rent a moving truck in the Midtown area and found this place on Yelp. The gentleman that I worked with, Tom, was so friendly and conscientious. He worked hard to get things worked out with a previous customer's account so that he could help me. I could tell by the way he handed customers both in person and on the phone, that he ran a quality shop. Would definitely recommend. Don't be in a hurry though, because they take the time to make every customer feel acknowledged.”

“Hardy runs it. Nice man. Cold so later than 8 but seems to be great establishment. 4yrs running now. I'm from this area(Rosedale boy, Authentic Wydotte county Man.) Most beautiful exotic antique cars worked on @ establishment connected- Anders, Yorkes, and Uhaul. Definitely well equipped & no wait on the things you need. “Penske seems to have very competitive pricing for their trucks. We rented a 16' for our recent move, and it was ready to go when we went to pick it up. When we went to slide the ramp back in after loading, however, it wouldn't latch in all the way - it was slightly bent, and we knew we hadn't damaged it. We ended up securing it with a ratchet strap and all was well. When we returned it the employee just shrugged and said they knew it was like that when we checked it out - yeesh! Kinda wish they'd pointed it out. Otherwise I was happy with the experience. They offered us a credit back for returning the truck early which we gladly took advantage of!”

“Was able to get into rental car with minimal time and was placed in a brand new Ford escape. Still had writing on the windows front and side. Could have been cleaned off for visibility but was a great car. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Received emailed receipt promptly and everything was in order. Great little place in MCI to get a rental. Had to take a shuttle bus to the rental place and then back to the airport but was only 5-7 minutes ride.”
