“I brought my car here after hearing a noise coming from one of the wheels last November. Just as I had suspected, a failed wheel bearing was the result of the noise. TMS replaced 2 wheel bearings, and a CV joint for much less than I expected to pay! They got all the work done in one day as well! We’re a 2 car household and there’s no getting around it! So getting the car back the same day was even better!
Fast forward to late July/Early August and the noise has returned! I called and set up a day to drop the ride off and wait to get the call! I assumed it was one of thr 2 bearings that were still original to the car, but John called and said it was one of the ones they had replaced 9 months ago. No questions asked, it was fixed and my oil changed as requested! What a great feeling! I appreciated the hell outta that integrity and standing behind the work you do! I’m sure there are places out there that would have told me anything, just to make me pay for that job again!
It’s a bit out of the way from the place I had been taking my cars, but TMS is probably going to be my regular auto mechanic moving forward.”

KC AutoWorx recommended a tire change, wheel alignment, and caught a coolant leak that could have left me in a bad spot. They were fast, professional, and honest.”

“Harry was absolutely wonderful to work with. From the moment I walked in the door, he was attentive and very helpful.
I brought my 2013 Jeep Wrangler to them for some warranty work. He was eager to work with the warranty company on what was covered and advise me of some items that may need some attention.
Never was I pressured to have other services completed like if I were at one of the chain stores or shops. Nope, he just advised me of what was recommended, the price, and then moved on. I actually had them complete the services because of his candor and professionalism and my trust in this auto repair center.

“Great customer service. They also saved my tire that had a nail in it. The tire was still new but another company told me it couldn't be repaired it had to be replaced which would be 400$. Northtown repaired it for 50. My new home for tires!”

Another customer found a employee on the floor he asked her if there was someone that could help us. She went to try and find him because she did not have a key. The person finally come back. “This place is fabulous. Recommended! They checked my lights, aired the tires, told me about standard maintenance that was due, checked battery strength ALL while getting my oil changed & fluids topped. They offer prices for additional services and explain why you need them but there’s no pressure to do them. I declined all but asked them to replace my windshield wipers. I sat in the truck the entire time (about 20 min). The workers were efficient, courteous, knowledgeable & professional. I was so impressed that I came back the same day with a different vehicle & the experience was the exact same! The coupons on their website gave a nice discount. Great job!”
