“Visited from out of town and couldn’t say enough good things about this facility. Up to date equipment, very clean facility, and a huge amount of space.They also went above and beyond, we were scheduled to arrive from out of town after staffed hours and luckily they were able to arrange to where someone could let us in which they absolutely did not have to do. I wish I didn’t have to go back to my home gym because I got spoiled here. A must visit!”

“I’ve been part of a number of CrossFit gyms over the past 12 years or so and this is the best one yet. Here are the things you will immediately notice that makes this gym stand out above the rest:1) Great community. From day 1 everyone was saying hello and introducing themselves to me. Very friendly people.2) Committed and friendly coaches and staff. They are all about good form and technique and they know how to scale things down appropriately if you need it. They also play good music during workouts.3) Facility and equipment are top notchIf you want to make a positive change in your health and fitness, it is worth your while to check this place out.”

“I never write Google reviews, but my experience with Against Gravity has been so wonderful that I couldn't help but do so. I started training here at my mom's recommendation; she signed me up for training in an effort to help me recover from an eating disorder and heal my relationship with my body. Coming in, I was starving, very low-energy, and terribly unconfident in the gym. Ryan and Tommy both knew this, and they worked with me to develop a strength training routine and a nutrition plan over the course of a summer. They were extremely supportive on both my good and bad days, and they work hard to provide a positive experience tailored to the individual goals of each client. I've since fallen in love with lifting, and my mindset is as healthy and strong as ever. Of course, I've put in a lot of mental and physical work myself, but my experience at Against Gravity was so overwhelmingly positive and encouraging; I couldn't have turned my mindset around without them. If you’re struggling with your confidence, looking to better yourself, or want to develop your physical and mental discipline, I implore you to pay Against Gravity a visit. I owe much of my success in recovery to them (and my mom). I cannot thank this team enough!”

“I’ve been to CrossFit boxes all of the US and in several foreign countries and the one is the best. Karla Bennett can work with anyone from high school athletes to retirees in their 70’s and get them fit with functional body movements. This is a family oriented gym where we have had three generations of family members working out together. Love CrossFit GBT and Kara Bennett!”

“My family and I have been exercising at the Wildwood YMCA for over 25 Years. We love working out at the Y. The employees are the best, friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment and facility is top notch. However there is one area where I believe we are lacking equipment. That is the machines for hamstrings. There are plenty of leg presses, leg extension machines and calf machines. But there is only one machine for hamstrings. And it is difficult to access as it is in use most of the time. My recommendation is to add one or two more machines for hamstrings. A lying leg curl machine is really needed. By the way the Y use to have a lying leg machine, unfortunately it was removed and not replaced.Thank you for your consideration.George Cobelens”
