STL Barbell is the strongest little gym in West County. Our 2200 square foot facility is designed for an emphasis on strength training and conditioning. Our gym is set up for all iron lovers whether you are a beginner or competitive lifter. We have all equipment needed for growth in strength and size as well as competition equipment needed to train for Powerlifting, Strongman, and Olympic Weightlifting meets.
