My complaint with this location recently is a corporate problem. I made a formal complaint about no air condition in waiting area for customers or poor employees to cool off or have a break. To find out that this has been out of order for 2 to 3 months! Shame on district manager to not have this resolved!

I have a car that's getting older now and they're always honest about what's worth fixing and what isn't. Haven't had any followup issues with any work they've done either. Prices seem to be competitive.”

“I found Epic Automotive doing a Google search. I took my Genesis to Epic Automotive because my cigarette ports stop charging my cell phone. I dropped my car off to the shop on Sunday, March 24, 2024 for my Monday, March 25, 2024 appointment. I received a call from John at 10:49am saying that my car was ready for pick up. It did not take them all day to do a diagnostic, locate which fuse box the fuse was in that was blown, replaced the fuse and the price was good! The reviews are very accurate. They’re nice, honest, knowledgeable and fast. I highly recommend Epic Automotive!”

“Had a starting problem on 2017 edge had it towed to steger because they accept carshield even if car shield did not pay for most of the part labor it was still in my range to cover. They where quick in fixing my starter also I never had any shop top off my windshield fluid never but they did in my book that's a plus FIVE STARS”

“Very thorough - they even identified a dangerous ball joint issue based simply upon my description of the concerns I had with the vehicle pulling to the right upon accelerating (this issue originated from a frontal collision, and was never properly repaired by the Ford dealer that claimed to have fully repaired all damages and issues). My vehicle was properly repaired and all other maintenance issues were completed in a very timely manner. The cost of all this work was quite reasonable and worth every penny as my vehicle is FINALLY properly repaired, after over a year, and my peace of mind is restored (and my vehicular-induced paranoia is gone). THANK YOU Dobbs!!”

“I had a screw in my tire and it was 430 on Friday evening. I knew I had to get it fixed but who could get me in and out quickly enough before the end of the day? I called Dobbs and they said bring it on in so I got there around five and they close at six but they got me done by about 615 and it was only 30 bucks. Disaster averted, great job Dobbs!!”
“I had to run an emissions test or better still IDOD on my Nissan Rogue which is due for Registration. Fast forward a friend of mine suggested I take my vehicle to Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers. After a few hours I had a call to come pick up my Rogue since they were done working on it....I would recommend everyone to patronised Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers because they are simply the best out of the rest!
