Replaced my gas fireplace logs (25 years old) with a new set. Although I didnt actually require service, they answered my questions about my current gas fireplace. After giving them the make/model of my unit, I now understand how it all works and feel confident in using. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for service/maintanence!

We had them install a gas insert into our fireplace and are very happy with both the results and the process. Also, we were having an issue with the old key hole valve recently and they came and out did a great job resolving the issue. Highest recommendation!
