“So happy with the service I receive at ProLube. Instead of recommending a new A/C for my 220,000 mile car, they did what I hoped they would do..... see why my A/C was not blowing cold all the time. The system did not need recharging, some part of the system got wet. They fixed it, for minimal cost. I brought the car in for this and wheel alignment. The tech explained what and why I needed a new armature (?) for one wheel. I asked him to show me a picture of the part and all this gave me enough information to make a decision about what the car needed and if I really needed to replace the part. As a female at the age of 73, I have met less than forthcoming answers from mechanics and shops over the years. I feel comfortable that I am not going to be SOLD something I don't need and they educate me. I can't tell you how grateful I am for these guys, I feel safe here. Thank you”

“I’ve bought about several vehicles in my lifetime, but the dealership here in Neosho has by far been the best experience I have ever received. I am an out-of-state customer from Alabama who went here to pick up a vehicle. I ended up taking some greyhound buses to get there. Carson answered all the questions I had and was very transparent with the pricing. Carson picked me up from the terminal in Joplin and drove me to the dealer. I was out the door within a hour. Colin was great to work with as well.
The dealership did a full oil change, included a full tank of gas, and put on some new tires all free of charge and I didn’t ask for any of it. They just did it.
