“The owner was so sweet. I knew I could trust him with my car. My issue is the six hours it took for an oil change, tire rotation and tire patch.
During that time, I kept getting calls for upsells on "small" items. One of which was my headlight being "out" and would have been $55 to change. I took my car to Autozone ($20) immediately after picking it up and the bulb was loose somehow? They just tightened it. That didn't sit well with me.
For real repairs, I'd consider them again, but the timeframe for minor maintenance was excessive.”
“The lads at this jiffy lube were a class act! I came in for an oil top off and tire pressure check (both are complimentary services), and they treated me like I was the highest dollar customer that day!
I will continue to trust this jiffy lube for all my future service. Great management and mechanics.

“I found Epic Automotive doing a Google search. I took my Genesis to Epic Automotive because my cigarette ports stop charging my cell phone. I dropped my car off to the shop on Sunday, March 24, 2024 for my Monday, March 25, 2024 appointment. I received a call from John at 10:49am saying that my car was ready for pick up. It did not take them all day to do a diagnostic, locate which fuse box the fuse was in that was blown, replaced the fuse and the price was good! The reviews are very accurate. They’re nice, honest, knowledgeable and fast. I highly recommend Epic Automotive!”

My complaint with this location recently is a corporate problem. I made a formal complaint about no air condition in waiting area for customers or poor employees to cool off or have a break. To find out that this has been out of order for 2 to 3 months! Shame on district manager to not have this resolved!

“The service here was top tier! Francesca I believe her name was, provided amazing customer service. She even helped me locate a coupon. I planned to get an oil change right next door at Nissan where I purchased my vehicle, but they decided to treat me as if my impact as a customer doesn't matter. With that said, I left and went right next door to Jiffy Lube and it was the best experience ever! Fast, efficient, and all of the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My day started off an absolute mess but the staff single handedly changed that!”

“I am so appreciative of Lindenwood Auto Service! I had already spent thousands of dollars on rentals and repairs trying to fix my 2017 Jeep so I decided I needed to look elsewhere. I googled places closest to me and called them yesterday at 4pm. I’m not sure who I spoke to, but they said I could bring it in this morning to take a look. Within an hour, I got a call from one of the mechanics telling me they took a look and could fix it within a few hours. I got a call about five hours later saying it was done. “Today I was helped by this entire team. Unfortunately I had a blow out of a tire that I had no business trying to figure out by myself. My truck barely crept into their parking lot before I was greeted by about (4) of their team members. Luckily for me they all stopped what they were doing and helped me get on my way with a little kid in the car. If anything I can say is that these gentleman went above and beyond and wanted nothing in return. Going to return the favor to them but am very thankful and will be back as a true customer soon.”
