“My husband and I bought a 2015 Kia Soul for our 19 y/o daughter from MSB. The price on it was the most reasonable of all of the Soul's we'd looked at and we were given a slight discount because one of the owners is an alumnus of the College that out daughter attends. The process was seamless with no haggling. There were no mats in the car, but when we went to pick it up, the owner had put mats in. The only slight bump was that one of the keys was defective. The keys are normally $300 and when I realized the key was defective, I contacted MSB. I initially was told that we can just buy one, especially since we'd received a discount, but the owner eventually relented and sent someone to our house to cut a new key, which I thought was superior customer service. He really could have blown us off, since we'd already purchased the vehicle, but he maintained his commitment and we have a new key. I highly recommend MSB if you are ready to purchase a vehicle”

“I was purchasing an 09 Maserati from them. It was an out of state purchase for me which is always a struggle when you are as particular as I am. I love that they store there car inside of a warehouse keeping them out of the elements. Kathy was great to work with. She always answered my questions in a timely manner and helped sort the financing with the bank. I was flying in on a weekend to pick up the car and they usually aren’t open but she was will to meet.”

“Never been here before but from the moment I pulled in the used car lot it was outstanding. Employee greeted us in the lot, ask who were here to see, which was Myles and got us right to him. Myles reminded me of that "buddy from church", just very pleasant to talk to and easy going. There was nothing high pressure about this sale. I made the comment that I am just plain, simple and very upfront, he said "good, me too". Sales process was pretty easy, sure there is a little negotiation back and forth, but it never felt frustrating. In fact, they gave me more for my 4 month old Toyota than the Toyota dealer that I bought it from was going to give me. Once we came to a price, financing was even easier, and Jason Moore was a hoot. He is a veteran "Thank you!", and was very quick and efficient at his job, had us in and out in no time. I can say that if you are looking for a car and the Dean Team has what you are looking for, you probably should be excited about working with this dealership, it was a great experience and I highly recommend. So we came straight back to see Dave, and just like before, he made sure I got the truck I wanted. He was upfront about an issue the truck had and fixed it before the sale was final.(it took less than 24hrs). “This review also applies to Continental Auto Sales. I actually shopped for two different trucks at this location. The first one didn't really the meet my requirements, but the second one?...perfect. Both times, I saw the truck advertised on Auto Trader and I'm guessing they were not ready for my immediate response as neither truck was ready to be test driven when I first called. Kirk and Brandon were extremely diligent to make sure everything was perfect and ready to go. On both occasions, they stayed late so my wife and I could take the truck for a test drive. they also stayed late on the night we bought the second truck. Now, let me say, they sell used cars. Used cars tend to have issues and my beloved white Silverado did. I had it three days and it set a code. They took the truck back and fixed it. Unfortunately, the code required two additional trips back to them. Each time, they were very apologetic and got right on the issue. It was a little inconvenient, but I couldn't ask for better service. I am extremely satisfied, and I would absolutely recommend Kirk and Brandon to any of my friends and family. Excellent service and you can't beat the prices.”
