Been there a few times with different BMWs and every time they knock it out of the park with their service knowledge and pricing. Some BMW repairs are not cheap. These guys are always fair and recommend appropriate repairs. Nothing just to pad the bill like other places.”

“I recently made a purchase from Mungenast. First, I was very happy with the up front pricing. I had to wait a couple of months for my vehicle to arrive but when it got here everything was as discussed. Arriving at the dealership they have a very impressive show room and waiting area that surpassed anything I have previously seen at other dealership. All the staff were accommodating and friendly. I did have a little issue with the delivery process but Manager Brendan found out he quickly remedied it. Sales associates Dave and Kyle were both very friendly and seemed to genuinely want to make sure I had a great experience buying a Lexus.
