“In my opinion, it's an excellent place with extremely considerate and helpful staff. Nowadays, finding good people in this business can be quite challenging, but they are definitely an exception. The guest area with numerous antique items and a vast collection adds to the charm. I look forward to visiting them for all my car needs in the future.Second visit: Tire and wipers change, again excellent work done by them. Took hardly 1-1:30 hours and back on road, excellent alignment and fix the issue with wiper motion as well. Very helpful and very reasonable. I would suggest them to create online invoices and customer can pay online using ACH and without credit card too.”

“The Meineke crew in Ballwin is absolutely amazing! They were recommended to me by a friend to help me fix a perplexing issue with my 2003 Nissan 350Z. Other shops tried to fix a problem with misfiring and failed. The guys at Meineke also had difficulty determining the exact issue, but they never gave up. Although they thought they had fixed the issue, it persisted. They worked many extra hours to troubleshoot the issue free of charge, because they wanted to make sure the job was done right. I have never had a repair shop willing to do extra work free of charge. The issue was finally fixed and they saved me hundreds of dollars in labor. This shop truly cares about its customers, and they have a loyal customer in me! Thanks Jack, Brian and Mike, as well as the owner, Dave!”

“Never been here before but from the moment I pulled in the used car lot it was outstanding. Employee greeted us in the lot, ask who were here to see, which was Myles and got us right to him. Myles reminded me of that "buddy from church", just very pleasant to talk to and easy going. There was nothing high pressure about this sale. I made the comment that I am just plain, simple and very upfront, he said "good, me too". Sales process was pretty easy, sure there is a little negotiation back and forth, but it never felt frustrating. In fact, they gave me more for my 4 month old Toyota than the Toyota dealer that I bought it from was going to give me. Once we came to a price, financing was even easier, and Jason Moore was a hoot. He is a veteran "Thank you!", and was very quick and efficient at his job, had us in and out in no time. I can say that if you are looking for a car and the Dean Team has what you are looking for, you probably should be excited about working with this dealership, it was a great experience and I highly recommend. “We were in a jam. Memorial Day weekend, Saturday morning . The passenger power window went down and would not close. Our only car, a 2015 Rogue I called Bommarito Nissan Ballwin and explained our situation. I was told to bring the car in but with no guarantee that service would be available. Upon arrival Mark McBee greeted us like we were his best customers and friends. After hearing our situation, Mr McBee said not to worry although full booked he would make sure we were taken care of. Mr McBee and his team diagnosed the situation. The main or principal wire harness was shorting the electrical components of our Rogue. He explained he could have the right parts by Wednesday and the car repaired. Additionally he informed us of a recall outstanding for our Rogue and said he would take care of that as well. Lastly and most unexpectedly, Mr McBee recognizing our "only car situation " arranged for a loaner car. Many thanks! We will make sure we tell our friends and associates about this great service and experience at Bommarito Nissan Ballwin!! I highly recommend Mr McBee and Bommarito Nissan Ballwin.”
