I also love that OTF has added specific strength and tread classes, in addition to the 60 minute classes that hit both cardio and strength. I have also tried numerous workouts, dance videos, fitness influencers, etc and I have been able to be the most consistent with Burn. It's something about the community that helps hold you accountable but in a positive and sincere way. And it's not just for seasoned fit folks, they have modifications for every exercise and work with your individual strengths so you never feel like you can't do it. Trust me, I still struggle to get up in the morning to go but I just do it and before you know it we are tackling the finisher and I am feeling so good about myself.”

That first class was intense and so challenging in all the right ways. I quickly signed up for the promo they had going on and then after that the 12-month membership. I haven’t felt this good in years all because of Burn. Every class is different and challenging in its own way and my girls LOVE coming to class with me on Saturdays. The child watch is such an amazing perk of being a member! The trainers are incredible- they truly care about you and your health and wellness goals and push you in every class. And the general energy of the classes, even at 5:30 am, is awesome! Highly recommend Burn in Kirkwood to anyone who is looking to jumpstart their fitness - it’s a game changer!”

343 Watson Plaza, Sappington“I had been a member of Anytime Fitness for 10 years, starting in Tennessee then relocating to Missouri. Zach is a great manager!! He really exceeded my expectations with handling some miscommunication while I was transferring to the Sappington location. I never had any issues contacting him and if there were ever any questions, he always got back to me in a timely manner. This gym is clean, affordable, and reliable! It was never too crowded and I never felt like I had to "fight" for equipment. As a female who works out in the early morning or late hour of the night, I always felt safe. Due to relocation, I am no longer a member but if not for the move, I would gladly continue my membership at this location.”
“FINALLY - wanted to complete my 250 classes - 1 yr , before writing this review (Chesterfield location ) after Shredding 20 lbs (189 /190 lbs to 169lbs) with ONLY workouts.
Lifting weights is not New to me , what’s New to me is the Consistency !!!! I have never been this consistent to date . I would workout for 3-5 months max and if I don’t see much change on Scale , I would loose all motivation and stop it . Joined OTF after multiple posts from Insta Influencer. Never thought I would be able to pull myself completing 250 classes .
I had always loved HIIT workouts , adding Tread to the daily routine was life changing for me.
From barely walking to walking at 5.3 mph speed
From Never jogged to jogging at 6-6.6mph
From Never Running to Running at 8.3mph
From lifting 8-10lbs dumbbells to 20-25 lbs dumbbell (35lbs for few workouts)
From Struggling to do few speciality workouts to doing them with ease , all due to OTF workouts
Group workout at OTF really helped me so far . I used to look at fellow gym mates and keep them as motivation . Whether running at 7.3mph , walking at 5.3 mph , lifting heavy weights is from the motivation I got from fellow Gym mates .

The trainers have modifications for everything and are so patient. They never hesitate to help when I can’t quite manage a specific exercise. The pandemic definitely put a damper on that routine. I didn’t think I’d enjoy a structured workout class, but this has really exceeded my expectations. The staff really care about each and every client. They work with you based on any limitations or variations you need. The workouts are surprisingly well balanced to work on strength, cardio, and coordination. I’m also impressed by how well the workouts scale to accommodate all ages, fitness levels, and body types. After a few weeks of consistent workouts here, I feel stronger than I have in a long time.”

She assured me that even though I was absolutely a beginner at working out, they would help me get where I want to be. I’m now two months into it and they definitely delivered on that promise. I’ve learned so much so far. They have taken so much time to explain things and train me in a way I never feel stupid or insecure about. With absolutely no experience with CrossFit and completely out of shape, I’m already seeing results and feeling excited to learn more! “If you're looking for a quick, butt-busting, high-energy, HIIT workout, THIS is the place to be.The dim orange lights, encouraging trainer, & upbeat music are sure to keep you engaged throughout. I love that the treadmills are super fast at switching pace/incline. This allows you to get the most out of those push/all out paces.The trainers are high energy & really pump you up (even at 6am!) They care about your form & will correct you, suggest weight increases/decreases, & motivate you throughout!I really do LOVE class and have yet to find anything that compares!”

920 Kehrs Mill Rd, Ballwin“I think I've been here enough times to give this place a review. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new gym. I know there's a lifetime nearby too but it's so ridiculously overpriced and I don't use all the amenities to validate going there (having been a previous member). I love that wild horse is just a 6 minute drive from the house. It's usually the hardest part of going to workout - getting there, but it's so easy and there's always a parking spot open close to the door (since weather is in single digits!!) I'd say I go during odd hours since I have a hybrid work schedule. 11:30-2pm have 12+ people but it's never too crowded that I have to wait for a machine to be free (excluding today where everyone collectively decided to workout arms like me!) and 4-6p is when it gets a little busier, I bet due to people getting off work and wanting to get their workout in. Machines are clean as well as locker rooms. Towels are always available once you walk down to the floor or hit up the locker room to put your stuff away. There are cubbies where you can quickly stash your belongings as well. There are also jacket hooks in the locker room for colder seasons. The staff are all nice and friendly! The members are too! There's a wide array of machines for every muscle or variations of ones you've probably seen at other gyms. A ton of life fitness machines, free weights, cables, treadmills, ellipticals, stair masters, you name it, they've got it! Couples membership is around $130/month plus $100~ sign up fee Worth it to stay or get in the best shape of your life!”

“Let’s just start by saying I never in my life thought I would enjoy kickboxing as much as I did. I completed the 6 week challenge and it was nothing but great! I lost 22 lbs in just the 6 weeks and Im so proud of myself. Class was very fun, all the instructors are supportive and they push you to your full potential.. literally! I would definitely recommend KickHouse if you want a good burning exercise, with a fun energetic atmosphere.”

I hadn't done any serious exercise except for Pickleball in 15 years. I'm usually the oldest one there, but I've never felt anything but welcomed and inspired by the young and younger members. I've tried all sorts of gyms and work outs. Nothing compares to CrossFit Maryland Heights. I've never seen results so quickly as I've seen with CrossFit. It has also significantly improved my confidence and my outlook on the future. I used to think about how to make my house accessible as I age because I was afraid I'd end up in a wheelchair like my Mom due to a sedentary lifestyle. Now, I know that I don't have to end up like that. I can be hiking, playing pickleball, volleyball, tennis, etc well into my 70s if I stick with it. I dog sit and prior to join CrossFit Maryland Heights, I had decided to stop taking on dogs over 50 lb as clients because I was afraid I was no longer strong enough to handle them. I no longer worry about that. And because of that, I've just gotten two new big dog clients that are an absolute joy that I would have missed out on. I know there's a ton of CrossFit gyms in St. Louis, but I'm so glad I found CrossFit Maryland Heights. Coach Chris is inspiring and knowledgeable. He also makes the atmosphere a lot of fun, and I feel like I truly belong to a great group of people. I'm on a tight budget so there's no way I would be paying for this unless it was significantly improving my life, which it is, so it's worth every penny.”
