“I had a very good experience with Lee's Summit Transmission. Family-owned and very friendly, something I find refreshing in comparison to today's cold and indifferent corporate-world. I asked if I could leave my car with them since I had to go out of state on a family issue, and they accommodated my request without any hesitation. There was a slight problem when driving it home, but I took it back and the issue was addressed immediately. Perhaps they forgot to take it for a test drive after repairs, but it was not a big deal, and I will certainly return in the future.”

“Where do I begin? LIke other shops/car clinics that gets over on people and over charge, this car clinic does NOT. The communication, professionalism, understanding of the situation and customer service goes above and beyond. The owner and staff are very nice and kind hearted, answering any and all questions I had. Definitely a 5 star rating.
