“Had the transmission go out in our van on a Tuesday night. I had called Lees Summit Transmission the next day, and dropped it off Thursday morning. They had got a quote back to us late Friday afternoon, and were told it was going to take two weeks to get it back (due to the Christmas holiday and ordering of the transmission). We got our van back the following Wednesday 10 days earlier than expected. Plus we added a new belt to the order, and got new motor mounts put in. Couldn’t say enough kind things about Jan Very kind and helpful. We were kept in the loop the whole way. Very good communication. We’ll definitely be using these guys again!!”

“Where do I begin? LIke other shops/car clinics that gets over on people and over charge, this car clinic does NOT. The communication, professionalism, understanding of the situation and customer service goes above and beyond. The owner and staff are very nice and kind hearted, answering any and all questions I had. Definitely a 5 star rating. I will contiune coming to Orion's Car Clinic and will recommend it to anyone who needs service on their vehicle(s).”
