Had a reservation on a car here with Gerald. He answered my questions and helped me out. Ended up finding a car closer to home and he treated me with respect and refunded my non-refundable deposit! Such a class-act! He could have kept that deposit for himself but he didn’t. Hard to find people like that these days.
