“The absolute best US Bank I have ever been to. Specifically, Ashley (was working on Friday) put more effort into helping every customer than I’ve ever seen at a bank. The most helpful bank teller I’ve ever talked to, WORLDS better and more considerate than every banker and teller in the St. Louis area.
Everyone working was fully considerate, helpful, and fast, all with a smile on their face. Even though I was having account issues, no fault of the bankers, I was laughing and smiling the whole near hour I was in the bank.
