“I've always been a fan a bigger banks just for the convenience, but I switched to New Era a few years ago and love it. MOSTLY, I love the Desloge branch. It's near my work so I use this branch most often and can honestly say I've never had better customer service anywhere. One, they remember me when I go in, and I don't go in very often. Two, they will do anything they can to assist you. I recently had my paypal account hacked and they tried to withdraw money from my checking account. I noticed the paypal messages about this and promptly called the bank. They suggested I close my account since the account itself was tied directly to my paypal. I went in, they knew who I was when I first walked in and sent me to Valerie to assist with my account who already had a new account set up waiting for me to sign everything. She got it done quickly and made sure that any charges on the account because of the withdraws wouldn't come back on me. We transferred everything to the new account and she monitored it the next few days. I received a few calls updating me. Once it was over and I was ready to close the account I had a few questions and called in. One of the other girls up front remembered me coming in and was able to assist me and get everything squared away. I honestly would never switch banks just because I really love the girls at the Desloge branch and trust them entirely and know they will always work to handle any needs.”

“Unico Bank has always been helpful in my experience. I just recently reset my pin because the old one stopped working. Kirsten was very helpful, nice, and respectful. But like many banking entities if there are multiple tries to access my card Unico will put a hold on that debit card until you reset your PIN, and I do appreciate that to keep scammers from stealing my hard earned money.”
