“Tough workouts and a sense of family and accountability. Has gotten me into best shape I have been in since HS! You get out what you put in and if you trust the templates it works!”
“I have been so impressed with F45 Training in Wentzville and all of the coaches I’ve met! Going to a new gym is not easy for me, but everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. I love the variety of class times, the fact that I can choose the intensity of the exercises that I do (like starting with low weights since I’m new to this!), and that the classes are so efficient. The vibe there is so nonjudgmental and uplifting, and I even saw multiple people dancing to the music and high fiving between reps.
I spoke with other students who drove out past other F45 gyms to be at this location because they said it’s the best one - and I absolutely could see how that would be! By the end of my trial, I knew I was ready to commit to a full year of being a member and I can’t wait to get stronger and healthier.”
“I was not able to post a review with my regular G mail account so I am using an alternate account.Amy is absolutely wonderful. I have put off physical therapy for years because all I ever heard was that the PT will just give you exercises to do to build up your muscles. Well I have lower back pain and very tight muscles spasms between the shoulder blades. I have tried building muscle and it only agitated the issue. So I pushed on and just suffered through the day so that I could sit in my chair for relief. I even went to pain management and they wrote me a script for pills. I tossed the script away and never went back. I will take pain over an addiction.A friend recommended Amy while talking one day. He said that it is who he would go to, so I decided to give it a shot. Amy is hands on for the entire session. She knew what to start with and it wasn't strength training. During the evaluation she correctly determined that I was agitating my back on a daily basis. I was sleeping in a way that made it worse, I was working through the pain making it worse. All this while I roll to the different positions for the different tests for evaluation on the table and having to stop for cramps. I was not getting the proper electrolytes because I used the Army way of hydrating. If it isn't clear then you need to drink water. I understand now that it was wrong and I was draining my body of electrolytes.I am doing a lot of stretching and strengthening my core while improving my posture currently and the difference after just a couple of weeks is almost a 180, only because I am still broken, so I still feel pain, but I know I am going in the right direction. One time during a session Amy said, hold on a minute and left the room. Apparently she saw someone doing an exercise in the main room and he wasn't using proper form. She went out to correct the individual and came back and apologized, but it was not necessary. I know now how important form is during stretching and exercises because of Amy. Doing them with bad form is asking for trouble. She consistently reminds me during sessions to breathe, use proper form, straighten my posture even if it means I go slower until I can do the exercises in the correct form at a normal speed.Amy is amazing at what she does and you can tell after 1 session with her that she has the knowledge, the passion and really cares that you get better at whatever your goal is, from physical therapy to getting back into shape or getting to the next level in your strength training, Amy is there to teach and help you the proper way. Her staff is supposed to be very good as well, but I am not ready for what they are doing yet. I am not sure I would survive 1 minute of the cross fit training, but I do plan to continue past PT and getting back into shape when I am given the all clear from Amy.”
“Jessica is the best! I appreciate that she takes the time to make sure that I am doing the workout safely and with proper form. I also feel comfortable here - it is not intimidating! There is a workout for everyone no matter if you’re a beginner or expert! Everyone at the gym is so friendly and encouraging and I cannot recommend it enough!”

“I felt personally obligated to leave this review. A little background first though - I am a combat disabled veteran/Marine who has suffered from multiple & compounding injuries since getting out of the service in 2008. The injuries I sustained while in theater has since led to multiple back surgeries, and most recently, a severe case of drop foot which left my left foot mostly paralyzed from the Ankle down, a year and a half ago. I was mentally & physically in the worst shape of my life and had all but given up on myself.Fast forward to the last two months. I was introduced to Emerge Fitness through a friend, as well as the VA through their Whole Health & Community Care network & program. I joined their Re-Emerge program in December 23 & from the start, the team at Emerge Fitness (specifically, Aaron & Julie) has provided the most exceptional focus and support that I have ever received, let alone from a "gym".In two short months of PT + functional movement & training with Julie & Aaron, I am quickly seeing results and the outcomes of their expertise and guidance. It's safe to say that I look forward to continuing on this journey and call on others to join me.With that said, it's also important to note that this facility is much more than a gym - it's a community of like-minded individuals who are committing to supporting one another in achieving their goals.A big Thank You to Emerge Fitness, specially Aaron & Julie, for all you do! I look forward to continuing to show up, and I am beyond grateful for the ongoing support you provide. I am quickly taking back control of my mind and body and gaining more and more confidence in the process. Onward and upward!”

“My youngest granddaughter enjoyed her 3rd birthday there today. She had a great time in the pool, the lazy river, and the slides.
It is a clean, well maintained facility and very well staffed, I counted 6 lifeguards, and there is a large lap pool as well.”
“To whom it may concern,
I wanted to give Jay the general manager an amazing review. I’ve been visiting Wentzville Planet Fitness sporadically for the past five years, and no one has spoken to me like he has.
He’s shown me kindness and hospitality. He always greets me with a smile and tries to engage in small conversations here and there. Although I’ve already expressed my gratitude for his kindness personally. I wanted to give him a review to let him know that he’s truly appreciated.
We all face secret battles that no one knows about, and it’s wonderful to have someone to take the time out of their busy day to say hello and take us away from those battles for a moment.

“I was in O'Fallon for a few days for a convention. If you're looking for a place that is intended for bona fide weightlifting, this is your place. They have a drop-in rate that is COMPLETELY reasonable with one caveat: availability. The business hours are flexible since it is 24 hrs for its members. This means, if you wanting to just drop in, then just give them a call to figure out when it's available. The trainers will need to be present in order to let you in.Great gym. Plenty of iron supplementation in this facility. 10/10 would recommend.”

“I would like to recognize the entire lifeguard staff. Each and every individual makes me feel safe and secure. They are exceptionally diligent and extremely personable. They are a definite asset to the O’Fallon Y environment.”
“Worth the drive. Not your typical Club Fitness. This is the bougiest gym within probably an hour radius. It's clean, has a VERY friendly staff (shout out to Brie!), kids club, dry sauna, women's only workout area, water massage chairs, tanning, red light / tanning, circuit room, group fitness classes, and the equipment is all Panatta's. Nice. Very nice. Smoothies too. I love this gym. One star for CLEAN One star for customer service (heads up they don't pick up the phone - it's a recording) One star for vibe. Everyone in there is looking to get in shape. No groups of teenagers taking selfies in the mirror. One star for incredible quality equipment. One star for variety. They have squat racks, lots of cable machines, lots of benches in front of the dumbbells, LOTS of cardio equipment (Stairmaster, treadmillls, stationary bikes, ellipticals) If I could give another star I would. My only critique was that they don't have a person available to pick up the phones AND they don't take cash.”
“I like the atmosphere of a small gym and how it’s not always crowded like the other locations. I do wish they could update their equipment a bit more and add in a hack squat sled.”
“Julie and Brandon are great trainers. They listen to you and your body. I love their in-home gym, and small group sessions. They work with all physical abilities. I first came to them 5 months post Kidney Transplant. They pushed me enough to get stronger but not so much, where I wanted to quit. I'm still here 5 years later! They will get you healthy and teach you how to maintain. If you are not self-motivated, like me, they will keep you accountable.”
