“We had an emergency with our adult son’s adjustable base on his bed. He currently is bed bound and depends on the base to perform daily functions. It stopped working last night. We stayed up till around 4 am trying to fix it, ultimately it was finished. This morning we called and spoke to Jake at Mattress Firm and what a pleasure it was. We are receiving a new base tomorrow morning. Every other place had 4 to 8 week shipping wait. We will definitely use them again. We appreciate all they did.”

“I normally don't leave reviews, but Matt goes above and beyond to make people happy. We made an appt for Monday, found a mattress we liked but my husband likes to research and think. We looked at other mattresses and read reviews. Needless to say we went back on Sat and bought the mattress we actually agreed on. After unboxing the mattress there was some damage done to the mattress. I texted Matt and he immediately said he was coming to the house to pick it up and swap out the damaged one. He even helped us unbox the new one to make sure it was perfect. I would highly recommend buying your next mattress from Matt. Thank you Matt you are an amazing person and we really appreciate you. Side note, the big box stores would have never immediately offered to come pick up and deliver a replacement.”

“Fantastic experience! I had never considered shopping for a mattress in a mall before. Matt and the team made it very easy and comfortable. All their mattresses felt great and Matt took the time to really help us understand the differences so we could decide with confidence. The showroom is really nice with separate rooms so you feel at ease laying down with some privacy. Their service and products are amazing. We got a new matress and pillows, 10 Stars and 100% would recommend!”
“I can see why this store is so highly reviewed! From past experience, purchasing a mattress can be really difficult with pushy salespeople, opaque pricing etc. None of those apply here: Clinton was a joy to deal with and the products are well organized and priced lower than the competition.
One thing I did not know before this experience is that big box stores will actually force some mattress manufacturers to lower their quality to meet pricing and margin demands. I found this out, because my previous mattress lasted nowhere near the stated lifetime and actually began to degrade quickly. When I swapped with the new mattress from Mattress Concepts (which tbh was only a bit more expensive) the new mattress was thicker, about 2x as heavy, and clearly made with much more durable materials.
Do yourself a favor and go here when it's time to upgrade. It might save you some money when you don't need back surgery down the road.”
