“My wife and I had a great experience at Slumberland. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by Ryan, and he directed us to the area of the store for what we were shopping for. He politely explained the options available in fabric and power options, giving us ballpark prices to add onto the sticker. It was nice to know this information upfront as we looked at the various selections. We were given ample time to look at everything without being pressured or hovering. Ryan was very knowledgeable, helped us find everything we were looking for, and was thorough, thoughtful, and patient. “I love this store so much husband and I where buying a Sealy highpoint and was going to to with mattress firm because I get PerkSpot discounts with them but The back store beat that by a long shot with a whopping $900 off!! They made the mattress affordable for us and with a slight up charge where able to have it delivered over 4 hours away where we live, at first I was skeptical because of how low the price was, but then the bed came (a week faster than estimated) and we are so happy and had the best night sleep ever !!”

“Great mattresses for reasonable prices, but the thing that sets this store above the rest is the stellar customer service. Personal attention and delivery is awesome! I inherited an elderly dog that peed on my bed and Ed made sure I had a bed to sleep on right away and even suggested a mattress cover so it would not happen again.they delivered it and put the mattress cover on for me. Everyone was so nice, even the delivery guys.Ed listens to what your needs are and helped me pick out the most perfect mattress for my sleeping comfort. I won't go anywhere else for a mattress.”

“The furniture store sit and sleep for less on Grand South Grand is a ripoff I was very displeased with a product they sold me a bed and wouldn't replace the pieces that was broke they the box spring was no good and they wouldn't replace it the mattress isn't that good either I paid $700 for the mattress they kept lying to me about the bed they came out once to fix it but the box spring it broke the railings on the bed it broke so I had to sleep on the floor with just a mattress they still haven't replaced the box spring and they bought another railing that was too little for the bed when I tried to call them several times they hung up on me I advise anymore do not get no furniture from sit and sleep on South Grand so now I have to go out and try to get me a bed this is the worst experience with furniture I have ever had something need to be done about it so they sold me a bed that wasn't no good and I still haven't heard from them my experience with them was very bad and I will tell others not to shop there I went up there and the manager told me that he didn't have no help no workers I told him about the bed I took pictures then he told me he will sell me a box spring for $100 at first I was willing to buy it but then I waited on him to deliver it he did not deliver it or call me I haven't heard from them the manager in that place and the furniture is no good so I will pursue it another way”

“Was looking for a new living room set to replace what I've got, had picked out a really close design to what I wanted and the sales person was able to take me right to the one I was looking for. He was very helpful and I was able to get what I wanted on order and looking forward to a quick delivery. Getting some throw pillows to put on the couch to get a bit of a blue color with it. They were all very helpful getting me in and out in a quick fashion.One week later after visiting Value City, the call and delivery happened so, update to the living room has also occurred with a very brought new look and the better view of my own room.
