“Our experience started bad when we came to pick up the car and they (Miric and Christian) didn't have the one we had reserved and they didn't volunteer to call around to another Enterprise to see if they had the one we reserved. We wanted a Nissan Rouge, but ended up with a Mitsubishi Mirage for our trip to Colorado for a graduation. But we brought the car back and explained to Reed what happened and he made it up to us to earn our good graces back. Thank you, Reed for making a bad experience better. Bless you!!”
“Contacted this location last week after another location fumbled on my reservation and didn't have a car there for me. I was in an absolute pinch when I called and Drew got me reserved to pick up a car just hours later after one would be returned. They didn't try to charge me extra and no hidden fees. Were fast getting me in the car when I arrived and it was such a nice, clean car. A million times thank you. Will absolutely be back!”

Jack and Ian were both very personable and easy to communicate with during the entire process.The truck was clean and still had that new car smell. “My survey expired and I badly needed to take it. My mom is in St. Louis and I am in Ohio. I was in a rental car dilemma and Lauren Sitar at the 13750 Manchester Road, Manchester, MO location. Lauren had NO idea what I was going through and certainly was not aware I was prepared to cry my way home for nine hours because I didn’t know if I would see my mom alive again. I feel awful that I let my survey expire but I knew it was going to be an emotional reply so I needed a minute. Apparently, I took too many minutes. Please pass along my gratitude to Lauren and her management team. Lauren’s kindness and support with me trying to navigate what to do about a one way rental was unparalleled. “I went there to sell my dad's van, but they were not able to offer a price we could agree on. My decision, not on them. During my visit, each employee took time to speak with me and treated me with respect, including the tech. I don't think I could have been treated better if I was purchasing a top of the line van with every imaginable option! They were all friendly, honest, and straightforward. They even took time to explain several things after we both knew we could not make a deal. If I was in the market for a new wheelchair accessible van, I would come to see them immediately! I am horrible with names, but I remember Ryan and Van. There were two others, a man and a women. All of them were very helpful!”
“Eli did an awesome job helping me. I was stuck in St. Louis all day trying to get a rental, and despite trying with multiple people from multiple Enterprise locations, it wasn’t until Eli pointed me in the right direction that I could finally get what I needed. And it wasn’t even from the Enterprise location he worked at that I got the rental from (they were all out), he set me up so I could get one from a different location. It was refreshing to find someone who knew how to get things done after spending a whole day unsure if I’d ever be able to get back on the road like I needed to be.”

“I needed to take the time to write a review about my experience today. Lexi was amazing. When I arrived to enterprise there was some complications with my reservation. Im an exciteable person by nature and Im sure I always resonate frustration in frustrating situations. Lexi was calm, poised, and professional In our entire interaction. She was empathetic to my situation, and worked to get it resolved very efficiently, while being polite the entire time. Lexi was faced with multiple clerical issues while getting my issues resolved, as well as other customers in the store dealing with problems. I've worked retail for 20+ years, I understand what its like when things out of your control are only compounding on to already uncomfortable and challenging situations, and genuinely Lexi handled all of it like a champion. What could have been a terrible situation, turned in to probably the best retail experience ive had in years, and its all thanks to her professionalism, and most importantly her empathy with the situation. 10/10 Customer service from Lexi.”

“My previous rental effort for same dates at a nearby location after two weeks resulted in an involuntary cancellation due to “lack of available cars” in StAnn, MO, and efforts by that branch to correct the situation were denied by HQ. Three calls to Customer Care line resulted, each in a promise of follow-up call. But none occurred over two days.
I searched again on my own on the app and booked anew, this time at Enterprise Creve Couer, MO branch was slammed with eclipse voters trying to pick up card on April 6. Many more rentals than vehicles due to a glitch in booking platform. The staff remained calm, unfazed, patient and accommodating. They rocked it, cleaning and turning around vehicles, and send in a handful off to other nearby locations for fulfillment. Top notch.”
“They upgraded my Campy to Lexus and had my car ready and were so nice and polite even when I reached at almost 6 pm which is their closing time. I also had called a few times as I was not sure where they are and my GPS was taking me else where so they knew I am coming.”

“Ernie (Manager) is the best in the business. I use this location for business and personal and have never been dissapointed. If you have everything in order, and read all of the instructions/rules, you will be set. Prompt, clean, and friendly. Top of the lone Hertz and I will only utilize this location 100% due to Ernie and his team. In short- he, "Gets", customer service. Kudos to this Hertz location, and Ernie inparticular. Keep it up! I will keep referring my company and friends to this particular Hertz.”

“This location is actually a franchise and operates under a different name when you get there. It is small and doesn't have a huge selection. The bathroom was disgusting, and I'm not really sure if it is routinely used for public use. Despite all this, the front desk person was really friendly and professional. One thing that surprised me is that they asked if I was going out of state, and if you go to another state other than what you told them, there may be other charges. They have reasonable rates cheaper than Enterprise!”
“Luis went the extra mile to make sure myRental experience was outstanding.He reached out to me personally beforehand, and had the Escalade ready to go. He checked in throughout my stay in STL to ensure all was well. Upon returning the vehicle, he took time out of his day to drive myself and colleagues to the airport..Amongst my travels this was a top tier rental experience. It meant a lot to me to experience this level of service.”

“My experience with the Kirkwood, MO Enterprise was fantastic! My car was being repaired so I had a rental for several weeks. I enjoyed driving a cute little green mini cooper.Peyton showed me all of the controls on the car and made me very comfortable about driving it. She is very polite, professional and was very helpful when I had to extend my rental time after insurance would not cover the cost.I would highly recommend Enterprise and use again.”
