The staff and furniture selection are pretty good. Prices are a bit high, but I think the quality is worth it. My major complaint about this store is how inaccessible it is. There are multiple levels, and no lifts or ramps. We had to walk around to the other end of the building and go in an emergency exit to make our purchase.

I am moving into my first apartment, and Kate made my experience incredible! She was so informative about all of my options, and knew just the style I was looking for! She really went above and beyond all of expectations, and I couldn’t recommend her enough!
