“Running well is truly an amazing store if you want to get the right pair of shoes for you. They have a great selection of good brands, and the second I walked in the door Eddie greeted me and helped me right away. I told him I was looking for long distance walking shoes, so I walked on the treadmill while he analyzed the way I walked. Then he explained what shoes would be best, and brought multiple pairs for me to try. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!”
“After having been to DelBrenna in Cortona 14 years ago, this was a MUST DO for me when my husband and I traveled through KC during the holidays, I had purchased a ring from the Cortona store and it needed a small repair. Fortunately, for us, we were able to meet Megan and Sebastian and learned that Sebastians father had made it! So special! We have so many wonderful Cortona memories, I was compelled to purchase a Cortona pendant and a beautiful signature chain. Merry Christmas to ME! I love it! Meeting Megan and Sebastian was the highlight though, we shared a story of us passing through their store 14 years ago and Megan helping us with finding Bramasole ...I still had the map she drew us! “Genuinely, I wasn't going to buy anything. I showed up at around 12:30 with friends to window shop and was assisted by a very kind gentleman who had tattooed fingers. I deeply regret that I did not ask his name. Should he see this review, I hope he knows he made my day.
Upon walking in, He let us know of the sales going on, and I made my way over, spying a lovely sage green crossbody bag with gold hardware.
As I am a plus size individual, I often find that I need to order aftermarket straps of a longer legth, or I need to see if the home brand sells strap extenders on their own, and often times, I've faced judgement and discrimination from other designer brands when asking after their plus size options.
When I asked my sales associate, he immediately suggested one of your charmed chain straps to be used as an extender, and an accessory. There was no judgement, there was no period where he focused on what you didn't provide, he just took my question and found a brilliant innovative solution. Genuinely, *this* interaction, and my interactions with him as an individual are what made me purchase the bag (and extender) today.
In addition to that, I had a wonderful conversation with Ms. Houston, one of your other sales associates. She was bubbly and had excellent recommendations for my friend who was looking for accessories and outfit specific items.
All around my favorite experience I've ever had when it comes to a designer brand. Thank you very much to the employees of the KC plaza coach location.”

“The people that work there and the location I see lots of different kinds of people go in and shop. I’m at the store a lot to see the new deals and products they have coming in and the people that work there are AWESOME, when I’m there I’m usually helped by Jose who’s absolutely the best! Everyone that goes in is treated like a friend by all the people that work there! I have friendly conversations with everyone there while I’m shopping which is nice and refreshing. I shop here mainly for me and my son (who’s 7) he loves the vans store and all the “cool shirts and shoes” (basically his whole closet) we love vans!”

When I arrived a bit later, the dress, along w many others, were waiting in the dressing room, along with toys for my son, water for me, and a juice box for him. He was so happy that he had been included, and happy son = happy mom! Plus I found the perfect dress. The employees are stylists, and it really shows in the whole shopping experience.”

“Love, love, love this shop! So grateful my friend introduced me years ago. I have a closet full of dresses that I love! If you have ever had dressing-room-dread, this will be a healing place for you. Sometimes, all I need is to hear is a "ooooooo, gurl" or a queer squeal and clap for allllllll these curves to help me feel better. Retail therapy at its finest! A few of the dresses I have... lol... it doesn't help that my awesome hairdresser is next door!”
