1st time at this location as a guest & help was rite there in every area ;trainers or asst on how to use certain weights or machines; I got a good workout in my arms legs are tender but not giving up Thanks Crew!!!

I've visited Genesis before Maria helped me she is so very kind & helpful! She has wonderful customer service all the employees in general but especially her , I recommend a raise for Maria she's the best! Love Genesis

We worked out in this gym while visiting KC. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is very convenient with great views of the city. The place and equipment was very clean. Will definitely be back whenever we visit again!
