“I brought my car here after hearing a noise coming from one of the wheels last November. Just as I had suspected, a failed wheel bearing was the result of the noise. TMS replaced 2 wheel bearings, and a CV joint for much less than I expected to pay! They got all the work done in one day as well! We’re a 2 car household and there’s no getting around it! So getting the car back the same day was even better!
Fast forward to late July/Early August and the noise has returned! I called and set up a day to drop the ride off and wait to get the call! I assumed it was one of thr 2 bearings that were still original to the car, but John called and said it was one of the ones they had replaced 9 months ago. No questions asked, it was fixed and my oil changed as requested! What a great feeling! I appreciated the hell outta that integrity and standing behind the work you do! I’m sure there are places out there that would have told me anything, just to make me pay for that job again!
It’s a bit out of the way from the place I had been taking my cars, but TMS is probably going to be my regular auto mechanic moving forward.”

“My experience with MD Auto Repair was great from start to finish! Courteous staff, clean waiting area, and the service, a synthetic oil change, was done promptly while I waited. They replaced my windshield wipers (brand new wipers purchased elsewhere that I brought with me) at no cost! They even gave me a "thank you" gift bag with snacks and a bottled water as I was leaving. Amazing customer service!! I have a new mechanic!”

“Had what I thought might be a complicated wiring issue, Chuck’s diagnosed and repaired it at a super reasonable price. Most garages would milk a job like that for a ton of hours and “diagnostic fees” but Chuck’s was honest and transparent. They even pointed out a potential future fail point on my car which I completely overlooked when I bought it. They also were one of the few shops willing to even look at a car made in the 90’s - believe it or not, a lot of shops I called consider that “too old” to work on now!
I came to Chuck’s originally because of the great reviews they had, so I feel obligated to add another one. I will definitely go back next time I have car troubles!”

“Otto Service got my car right in after having it towed and identified the issue same day. It was NOT a blown head gasket as the Honda dealer in St. Joseph had stated and quoted. They replaced the radiator and fixed the issue along with some other needed maintenance at 1/2 the price quote from the dealer. I'll definitely be bringing my 2006 Honda CRV with 111,000 miles back to Otto's for service in the future.”
