“I've worked with Rick who is no longer with Good Times over the years. My entire family has done business with them. They are relentless in their pursuit of perfection and just recently I started working with Justin. This is a locally owned business rooted in the belief that helping their guests/customers will benefit them more in the long run. There are so many corporate owned repair shops but none will take good care of you like the folks at Good Times will. Justin is thorough, honest and will get the job done. Support Local. Support the local economy and call Good Times if you need work done to your car!Services: Painting”

“Overall nice experience but Tom did charge me $50 more than agreed on price because he thought my truck was 2wd rather than 4wd. I might still use his service in future because pricing is competitive.”

“Took my new engine in for a checkup and everything seems fine. Engines aren't cheap but my new-not-rebuilt 5.3 Vortec wasn't too bad: $6k including R&R and a 3yr 100k nationwide transferable warranty. These folks know their stuff and customer service is great. They've been very patient with me ?”

“Our car was pretty bad when we had it towed to Ashbys to diagnose. They were wonderful! It was so nice to be able to communicate via text instead of playing phone tag all day. We have been a long time customer of another shop in Parkville, but we may just have a new favorite shop to use. Hope was so nice and pleasant to work with. No one wants to have to spend money on fixing their cars but it makes it a lot easier when the place you take it to is so great!Services: Steering & suspension replacement”

“Provided great service, Bruce, Roger & the crew were great. I can tell they were busy but threw it all great experience. My only thing I wish is to be contacted on when my actual vehicle was going to be worked on. As you know be down to 1 vehicle is a challenge. But other than that, the work don on my 2011 Audi was excellent.”

“My sister and I drove our Jeep TJs up to my nephew's for Labor Day weekend. On the way up from Arkansas, my Jeep started making humming noises from the rear differential. Saturday morning I found KMC Mechanical on Google and sent a text, praying someone would be able to help me on a holiday weekend. Kris responded within seconds and met me at his shop within 30 minutes. He figured out what was wrong quickly and gave me options for repairs. He explained everything very clearly and his prices are reasonable. He is now one of the only people I will trust leaving my Jeep with. He did a great job and communicated very well throughout the process. He knows his stuff. Before I picked her up he went over her to make sure everything was in order. Highly recommend! Already told my friends and family!”

“We took our son's car here to have the thermostat fixed. They did good work and the car is fixed, but I do feel we got charged slightly more than necessary.I called and made the appointment and told them I needed a new thermostat installed. I was working, so my wife and son dropped off the car. Apparently, due to their lack of a proper system to track appointments, the exact request got lost (my wife said they simply had our name written on a piece of paper on the counter). Rather than just doing what I asked when making the appointment, they ended up doing a diagnostics on the car to determine what was needed. This didn't actually turn up anything though because I had cleared the computer code when diagnosing the problem before making the appointment. Only after calling and telling them again to change the thermostat did they actually do the requested work.I felt like the diagnostic charge was simply a way to charge more money for the job than what the shop labor book says for the repair. Now, I imagine their response will be along the lines that they need to diagnose the problem to ensure they replace the correct parts. I can understand that; however, I already knew what was needed. Even if I didn't they should still honor a direct request to do a specific repair (or tell me when making the appointment that they won't).At the end of the day, the new thermostat fixed the car and it has been running fine since we got it back. They did a good job with the work they performed and it was completed on schedule. So, five stars for their work but minus one star for what feels like an unnecessary extra fee.”

“I had a flat tire and needed to be towed to Firestone where they were waiting to help me right up until closing. My GEICO rep set up my tow. DJ towed my vehicle and was literally a God send. He's a great man and is in my prayers. Many blessings to you and your family! Thank you so very much.”
