βRandy took great care of me in a stressful time. I was having surgery when accident happened week before. He was a one stop shop for everything and took the best care of my truck. He even handled the rental car side so I could do as on my recovery. Rob Sight Ford is the best in the business. I will not use anyone else.β

βI couldn't be happier with the job Whitney did on my 1998 Lexus LS400. I inherited it from my parents and it's been babied it's whole life. There were a couple of paint flakes on the front and rear bumper. They repainted them both with Lexus 3-step paint and now the car looks brand new. The were timely and reasonable on price. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend.β

What I really liked is, I'm a woman and most places try to take advantage of that by trying to upsell me. Or offering me things I don't need & I didn't ask for. He listened to me and actually tried to help me not get over on me. I will definitely be a customer for life. And I would recommend them to anybody that wrecked their car for collision repairβ

βI found them on car-part when I needed a throttle body. they responded to my emails, were reasonably priced, and sent my item the same day I paid for it. For a junkyard/salvage type purchase, you could not ask for more. The part was dirty but it was complete, and worked.β
βIβm so happy with the service!!! I was recommended here and did not disappoint! I went in yesterday for a bumper repair and today my car is fixed! And letβs just say the total was way less than I had estimated in a different shop plus I had to wait almost 3 weeks for the repair. I Highly recommend Venus Automotive Body Shop!β
β5 star place really reliable and fast on getting my car in and out. I needed suspension work done and they got me out within a day. I was at first scared of going due to a few low ratings but couldnβt recognize till the end that all the low ratings such as Christopher are not accurate. People give them 1 stars and havenβt even been and other people like DC who wouldnβt pull up to a dealership 20 minutes before closing and get upset but will try to throw dirt on a small black family owned business thatβs been around for generations doing good for their community.β

βI have never felt compelled to leave a good review before service is completed, but I have also never received such incredible service when getting maintenance on my car. I waited in the lobby while they worked (since they were able to fit me in so I didn't have to leave my car), and I was immediately informed of everything they looked at that the car dealer mentioned. They made it clear what was fine and what actually needed to be addressed, clearly not trying to upsell me on anything. That is evidence that this is a reliable, trustworthy business. I will be exclusively using London Motorworks for my car from now on and telling everyone that it is worth the trip.β
