“What defines a place is their customer service and let me tell you, this place has great customer service.We had our truck bed lined but about a week later when we used our tailgate, we noticed it kept “catching” and wouldn’t pull down smoothly. You would open it, it would get caught somewhere in the hook and then have to force it down to get the tailgate open.When we inspected closer, we noticed half of our screws had star bits and the other had hex screws - even one screw was rusted out.Called Truck Works and they were also confused but they were able to remedy the situation and correct the “sticky” tailgate and replace the screws that didn’t match/rusted out.”
