Westlake Ace Hardware is a neighborhood hardware store done right. It is not the biggest place but makes up for it with service, selection, and convenience. The staff are always friendly, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and service-oriented. They are ready to assist and help you find things without being pushy. The store is well organized, well stocked, and surprisingly well stocked with the most common items. It carries everything from tools, plumbing parts, and garden supplies to home essentials, paint supplies, a key station, Lodge cast iron, and a pet store. While it can be a little pricey, the excellent customer service and convenience make it a go-to place for many.

Had a key copied. Staff were friendly and fast. In and out in 10 minutes. I prefer Ace over any other hardware store.

I really like this Ace. They have a nice little pet store inside for your basic animal care needs, and they have a very well stocked key station. They also stock Lodge cast iron pans and griddles.
