“I had some issues after i bought a vehicle from these people . I was frustrated to say the least . I just got the car and its already needing a transmission . Needless to say these guys are a mom &pop shop and should be praised for the work they put forth . These guys truly went above and beyond . I brought the car back to them and they paid for half the transmission cost and truly did a great job . I know they say sold as is but they do truly go above and beyond for there customers . For a car that is not under warranty they didn't have to do what they did . Blessed to say the least . Thanks guys”

“Here is my review after a month with our new Santa Cruz. I don't review on the price I paid or the great deal. If I don't get a good price that's on me. Most important is the way I'm treated , transparency . But then the most important for me is service. I feel the service at Fletcher Hyundai is very very good, when I had a problem it was dealt with and taken care of in a very good fast and timely manner. Thank you service dept. and service manager. I met the general manager and was a very nice friendly person. Sales person was very kind. My overall experience has been good. Would by again at this point. David”

They seem to be honest and actually care about the parts they are selling people.Remember to be patient with them...all their parts aren't sitting in a box on a shelf like at an auto parts store.I purchased a fuel tank and a evap hose. I'm super thankful places like this exist. They saved me over 300 dollars if I would have purchased the parts new.They even have a junk yard dog haha made my day!”
