Excellent customer service. If you want a prepaid phone without a contract, you would have to purchase one from a different distributor.

Poor service, got billed 1,152 dollars not sure why, won’t give details, spent over two weeks waiting on a new router, worst service I have ever seen, avoid US Cellular.

Biggest mistake I've ever made was getting their home internet. The connection is so weak that my computer in my bedroom can't connect to the WiFi from the kitchen. And the rooms are right next to each other. Junk and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Gladly will be going back to AT&T!
