“My wife and I were out of town and the brake assist light on our 2014 GMC Sierra came on. The brake pedal became so hard at times that I had to almost stand on the pedal to stop the truck. Friday morning I called the dealer and talked to Logan and explained my situation and he told me to bring it on in. Within 1 1/2 hours we were back on the road with a new vacuum pump. Logan was very professional and offered to take my wife and I anywhere we needed to go while our vehicle was being worked on. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. Derrick was the mechanic that worked on our truck and did a great job. Thanks Logan, Derrick and the rest of the staff for getting us back on the road quick and safe.”

“I visited this business 2 times for the same part. Why the 2nd time? The 1st time they acted like they did not have the part. The 2nd time because I could visually see the part I wanted from the road behind their security fence. The 2nd visit the parts counter man just shakes his head no and claims he is not going to be bothered. Granted the part was small, but I could see the reflector I was looking for and it was on a grill that was smashed up. Small part was not worth their time. Glad I decided to leave and order a kit for all reflectors and turns signals from amazon. Such a small sale is hard to justify from a yard that has to send someone out to the yard to gather up the part.”
