“This is by far the best storage center around. We have had 7 different units around the Jefferson City area. We found Pro Storage from a referral and so glad we went with them. The staff and owner is amazing. They are friendly, responsive and seriously went above and beyond for me. I know my items are safe and secure there. Highly recommend them.”

“My call to ask some questions was easy and I got a live person. The process online was easy. The only thing that was not clear was when the free month happened. The gentleman on the phone said it was my first full month after the prorated month, but only 2 days into the prorated month I got a bill for the full amount next month. So that’s been confusing. Otherwise I love the area when the storage is at and looking forward to using the facility for the next couple months while we are moving and transitioning into our new place.”

“Best rental place I've rented space from. Owner is very understanding and will work with you if you get a little behind like we did during the pandemic. Pricing is the fairest in town and they have a convenient drop box for your payments so you don't have to go through mailing your payments unless you want to. They also have plenty of lighting outdoors and even Inside your unit incase you have to do anything at night. I would absolutely recommend this place for any of your storage needs.”

“May 22, 2018—We were traveling and only had 42 miles to go when our truck belt broke. Thanks to a kind person took my husband to Donnie & Son Auto Repair and they said sure they could help- the nice person took my husband back to our truck and was able to get there! They went right to work and within a hour we were back on the road. These guys were great! They were friendly, an obviously knew what they were doing and reasonably priced for what we needed done! Our truck still has some issues and we are bringing our truck back this week! I give them 5 Big Stars because they got us right in, worked quickly and efficiently and had us back on the road!! “The general manager was a great guy and very helpful, straight up. Really liked him.Be warned: The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the trailer I rented had to be returned to the Jefferson City location, and that caught me off guard when I went to pick it up. Because I had to have the trailer to meet obligations, I had no choice but to rent it for several more days to ensure I could get it back to Jeff City. In all my other dealings with U-Haul I was able to return the vehicle to any U-Haul location.”
