“I lived there for one year and loved it. I felt right at home the first night, didn't feel I was in a strange new place.. Very reasonable rent. I almost never had to turn my heat on because it stayed warm even on really cold days and I was on the bottom floor. They let you know when they will do pest control or have to come into your apartment. There are no surprises visits. My neighbors were quiet. I loved that they have a swimming pool. I would rent from them again.”

“I saw a sign out in front of this place for 29.99 a month storage....am I wrong or should I just go live there.... Apache Flats though so you'll be driving to get to your storage if your not one of the few who lives down the road.”
