I went in to find sports bras, but no luck in my size. My husband found a pair of Levi's and Dockers for 13.00 each and a pair of True Luck Jeans that I thought were a pair of Silver brand jeans, they were just as nice, too for 22.00 so he lucked out.

I was asked to show my receipt and the security guard said they asked everyone I did not see him ask anyone else the entire time I was in line. When I left I pulled up to park right in the front to see if he asked everyone else & he asked no one, Prejudice I think. I’m blessed for 1 and gave no sign that I was going to steal anything.I noticed they only asked black people. Then a really run down security guard followed us outside. My two children were so upset about the matter I turned right back around and returned everything I purchased. They don’t want my money I won’t give it to them .

I will never buy shoes at Ross again. They place sticky sales labels inside the shoe, won't come off. They have a price tag label on a string, no need to ruin the inside of the shoe.

I went into the store to look for some make up storage containers. I ended up buying two items. This store is a hot mess every time I come in. It's dirty, and products and items are always all over the floors 24/7. The employees and the management that work there are incredibly rude, lazy, and condescending.

The shoppers trash the place making it very difficult for the employees to keep up. People let their kids just loiter around in shopping areas so get ready to hear some 10 year old drop a few f bombs while you browse the vanity seating. It's not dirty just stuff is everywhere cuz the concept of putting things back where you got them is lost on folks. You feel the sense of culture loss in the store but if you can ignore the dumpster fire the workers are doing their best and it's the Ross price point we've all grown accustomed. And dear Ross! DISCLOSE ALL THE RETURN POLICY ON THE RECEIPT OR ONLINE! IN DETAIL IF IT NEED BE! I would have gladly brought the perfume back within 24 hours had I known that even after reading the receipt and looking online at the ENTIRE Ross website! Some bs right there!

Have only been here twice. Both times the store is a mess. Items on the floor, tossed on the shelves everywhere. Last time there, 2 hours after opening and looked like they hadn't cleaned/organized from previous day, week, months. So disappointed.

The place was TRASHED. It was not the workers fault. People were letting kids run around and trash the place. Literally couldn't even walk down the isles with my cart.

Alexis at the front register is a gift sent from God for this store, she’s the only reason why I’m leaving a 3 if not I’d leave a 1. Give that great woman a raise, not only was she pressured by being the only one assisting customers however she was still helping her customers with a smile on her face. There were so so many workers while I was in and the only one up front was Alexis. There was a huge line and all the other workers were pretending as if they weren’t seeing. The security up front which was also such a great man called for help in the walkie various times and no one came till about after 10 minutes.STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUR GOOD WORKERS! Make this lady a manager.

Every time we need school clothes or some outfits.We had the Ross or Marshall's great prices and availabilities.Pretty good.My kids love it and the options for them are available.
