I love Ross for its pricing and fantastic finds. This location is always in chaos. Things are in the wrong area, stuff on the floor. A lot of broken items. I once saw scented oil all over the throw pillow section. With that being said I'm a trash goblin that is fine with the mess and obstacles as long as I find my deals.

This place is a disaster. It looks like a tornado came through it. I was there on Thursday and it was spotless. So all you customers out there, show a little respect and manners and put stuff back where you got them instead of throwing it all over the floor and on top of the racks. Alot of great buys for less than some of the other retailers. Friendly, helpful staff members. The other customers were nice, and polite. It does make a difference who your clients/customers are and how they treat your staff and their fellow shoppers.
