I have become acquainted with the employees here and they have always ALWAYS been super nice amd helpful, regardless of how big a pain i can be....lol. They are always willing to help me find something or work things out with me regardless of how big or small a request I make. They truly have AMAZING customer service skills and also very very knowledgeable in regards to the type of items they are displaying, selling or just pawning. They have even gone out of their way to help me determine if a diamond or few i had that were lose in a container were real or fake. Truly an exceptional bunch of people that do care about treating you with respect, kindness and overall FAIRNESS. I would definitely suggest giving them a try.”
