“I live in Lee's Summit but there have been multiple times in the past year or so that I've called and/or visited the Lee's Summit Walmart and have been disappointed. From calling the auto center between 4:00p and 6:00p being told they aren't taking any more cars and they don't close until 7:00p. This has happened on MANY occasions. The phone calls there have not been satisfactory. On the contrary, Independence Walmart has always been PHENOMINAL! I call them or go to them as my 2nd choice and I ALWAY have a satisfactory experience with their auto center service and customer service. I also like the new set-up the store has created. Thank you for taking care of me and not making me feel like you are ready to go home or like I'm just a number!”
