“I have been with Metro off and on through the years and the service sucks but since I have meet Kimberly I have stayed she can multitask and is so friendly and makes sure her customers are took care of. “Today is 7/11 so of course its naturally a busy day for 7-Eleven chains with National Slurpee Day! I work in a retirement home and had to pick up over 20 Slurpee's for my residents. The members there were absolutely amazing and helped me accommodate to do so! I brought a bin into the store however it was not enough to hold all 20 or something Slurpee's. Without me even asking the associates told me to use their basket to help along the car ride back to the retirement home. You guys surely made my residents day! Happy National Slurpee Day!”

I have become acquainted with the employees here and they have always ALWAYS been super nice amd helpful, regardless of how big a pain i can be....lol. They are always willing to help me find something or work things out with me regardless of how big or small a request I make. They truly have AMAZING customer service skills and also very very knowledgeable in regards to the type of items they are displaying, selling or just pawning. They have even gone out of their way to help me determine if a diamond or few i had that were lose in a container were real or fake. There were 2 different ladies that had some problems with their card for payment. Joseph needed a manager to finish the transaction. Under pressure with people waiting, Joseph remained calm and unshaken. He finished all transaction with ease and remained smiling. My turn came and he was friendly and professional. This young man deserves recognition for the great job he does.”
