“I'm not often in Lee's Summit, but I found myself in the neighborhood and needed to pick up a few things at Target so was happy to find this location. This is one of those brand new Targets - the inside is really modern, and you can tell it was designed recently, given how bright and open it is inside. Aside from that it's a pretty standard Target location. You've got a good sized grocery in this one, the typical clothing and electronics areas, and a robust self check out. The only unfortunate moment I had at this one was when I scanned some beef broth only for the machine to tell me I couldn't buy it. Perplexed I asked a cashier for help and it turns out it was a recalled product - although it was an inconvenience, the folks working were really kind and I saw them all heading over to remove all of them from the shelves. I'm guessing that one product had just been recalled for some reason. Overall, probably a good thing the system caught it and I didn't bring it home!”

“Haven't shopped much at Walgreens I'm almost a year due to the poor customer service at the ones near meWhat a fresh breath of air when after visiting my granddaughter I stopped to today to get a few items All the employees were cheerful & went above & beyond to ensure I received all my points & RR's & didn't frown when I used coupons Although not as convenient to me mileage wise I will only be shopping here from now onPlease share with your employees as they truly need to be recognized for their dedication & hard work”

“Angel help me this AM, when I was reeeally in a spot. I'm a touring musician, and am in a different city every night, and knowing I was leaving town at noon, she pulled all the stops to try to help me get a new phone on a manufacture defect, before I left town. THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP!”

“All of the negative reviews are honestly ridiculous, all just selfish people, only care about me me me, zero empathy or compassion for anyone but themselves. You people have no clue what's happening behind the scenes, nor how to run it, and yet normal people are getting blamed and berated for it. Somehow people still don't understand the Walgreens system is terrible and doesn't work for the employees too. The store is fine, it has its moments and occasional issues just like every other store. To the nasty, selfish people who wrote those, do better, it's not always about you.”

“Went to the minute clinic and the Nurse was so amazing and took the time to give me extra information and a referral to another doctor. She sent my prescription over to the pharmacy there. Right now everyone is low staffed but that didn't stop everyone back there from working hard and doing the best they can. I live in Greenwood but drive to that CVS because I feel like they have the best service! Great job everyone, keep up the great work!”

“AMAZING service ?like many people I had gotten into that "price rut" with t-mobile and my bill just kept creeping up. Being a disabled retiree it was proving to be a drain on my monthly expenses AND I was already on their so called 55unl plan that started at $40 only to be charged $58 and the service was continuously horrible. Dropped calls, email coming late, text not working. The day I called 911 and it wouldn't go through was the camel. I explained my situation to the staff at Cricket in Lee's Summit and immediately was offered a huge MONTHLY discount for low income customers that was TRUE. Better service all together, fabulous phone and service I couldn't believe! Staff actually took TIME and set my phone up for me , literally and it took some time.Thank you guys for EVERYTHING!Wink nod wink, I'll be in soon again with your goodies.??”
