Miss Julia was Very nice, And I would love to come back to the store and do some more shopping. She does a real good job with her customer skills. And I gave her a five star for her customer service and she was very nice and very respectful.??

Normally coming to the independence location staff isn't always the friendliest but coming and having Nick help us out made everything that much easier and was such a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you Nick.

I’m not for sure his name but I believe he was the manager. He was a mid Height kind of bald guy and he was just super helpful super knowledgeable and took his time with us, showing us different gloves and bats and Talk to my daughter about softball it was a overall amazing customer service experience thank you
